Next direct is hiring a Telephone Agent for inbound cruise-travel support, receiving calls from customers and travel agencies to book ship cruises. The role offers permanent employment with 20–40 hours per week, training, paid onboarding, and home-office availability after sufficient booking-system and customer-handling experience.
