TP Spain is hiring a telephone sales agent to serve HORECA customers of a leading beverage multinational in Spanish and Chinese. The role involves managing orders, returns, changes, inquiries, and complaints by phone and email; cross-selling products; negotiating discounts and promotions; identifying customer needs and sales opportunities; resolving problems; providing feedback; and maintaining databases and related tools. The position requires secondary education, C2 Spanish and Chinese, previous results-oriented sales experience, strong communication and empathy, computer and keyboard skills, and offers a permanent 30-hour-per-week contract with a monthly salary of €1,098 gross plus a language bonus and paid training.
