Securitas is hiring a Telephone Support Operator to serve as the first point of contact for callers, provide telephone service and call forwarding, respond to customer inquiries, and manage complaints. The role works Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week, with a basic monthly wage averaging €2,403 gross. Applicants need a clean criminal record, excellent German, basic English, a well-groomed appearance, courteous conduct, an independent and conscientious approach, and PC proficiency; telephone switchboard or telephone support experience is advantageous.
