SOMFY is hiring a Telephonic Sales Specialist in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves contacting new and existing customers and installers by phone, building relationships, identifying needs, recommending products and services, responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records in CRM, growing the customer base, and meeting sales targets. Initial sales or customer-service experience is welcomed, along with basic English and the ability or willingness to learn CRM systems. The position offers a gross monthly base salary of PLN 6,500–7,700, private medical care, a lunch card, product discounts, an annual performance bonus, training, career development, and a hybrid schedule typically involving two remote days per week.
