BETSOL is hiring a fully remote Telephony Engineer to support a large-scale Avaya environment upgrade and datacenter migration for an enterprise client. The role involves auditing and migrating Avaya configurations, administering Communication Manager, VDNs, hunt groups, endpoints, media gateways, and survivability servers, performing translation backups and version migrations, and supporting broader voice engineering work. The position requires Avaya Aura Communication Manager expertise and is open to offshore candidates with a workday overlapping the United States until at least noon Eastern on U.S. business days.
