Array Behavioral Care is hiring a full-time, 100% remote telepsychiatry therapist to provide mental health services to patients accessing care through an Alaskan Tribal Health Organization. The role includes intake, therapy, counseling, behavioral health assessments, de-escalation, documentation, multidisciplinary feedback, and maintaining required licenses and certifications. Candidates need an active therapy license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW, 1–3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted licensure, technology proficiency, strong communication skills, and cultural responsiveness for tribal communities; Array may assist with additional state licensure and DEA requirements.
