Butternut Box is hiring a Telesales Agent to call warm leads, persuade interested dog owners to switch to fresh food, and bring in new customers. The role offers €15.89 per hour plus unlimited commissions, flexible shifts, hybrid working starting with office training, and sales coaching. Candidates need excellent Dutch, availability for at least two to three days per week, strong communication, coachability, enthusiasm, and a love of dogs; sales experience is a plus.
