DPD is recruiting a Telesales Executive to join its National Telesales and Direct Sales Manager’s team. The role is permanent at 37.5 hours per week, based in Woodside, Holytown, Motherwell, with a hybrid arrangement of three office days and two home days after training. The executive will generate high-quality prospect appointments for Field Sales Executives by identifying new business opportunities, gathering customer information, updating Salesforce, contacting prospects, meeting sales targets, maintaining records, and promoting DPD products and services. Prior outbound calling experience is ideally required, along with strong communication, telephone manner, organisation, listening, CRM, and target-driven skills.
