Somfy is seeking a Telesales Representative to develop and expand customer relationships, provide phone-based customer support, acquire new customers, collaborate with specialist and internal sales teams, meet sales targets and KPIs, and document sales activities. The role requires a completed commercial or technical qualification, strong communication and service orientation, independent working style, MS Office and CRM skills, and fluent German; English knowledge is a plus. Experience in telesales or a similar sales position is an advantage.
