METRO is hiring a TeleSeler for its Cesano point of sale to manage commercial relationships and customer care for customers supporting multichannel sales. The role involves collecting orders, profiling customers, providing purchasing and after-sales assistance, developing category mix, up-selling, and cross-selling, analyzing KPIs and customer performance, managing opportunities and claims, and providing tailored product proposals. It is a full-time fixed-term contract reporting to the Area Manager, with a gross annual salary of €24,943.52 to €25,102.56 depending on the applicable provincial supplementary allowance.
