Description
The Bank Teller provides efficient, accurate, and courteous service to customers while processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders. The role maintains cash drawers, supports ATM balancing, night deposits, safe deposit box access, audits, and administrative tasks, and follows bank policies, fraud-prevention procedures, and compliance requirements. The position reports to the Operations Manager or Branch Manager and requires a high school diploma, fluent English, basic to intermediate computer skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Some retail sales and customer service experience is a plus, and Korean is preferred. The full-time position pays $21.00-$24.00 hourly plus bonus and benefits.
