Description
The Bank Teller provides efficient, accurate, and courteous service to customers while processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders. The role maintains cash drawers, supports ATM balancing, night deposits, safe deposit box access, audits, and customer-record updates, while following bank policies, fraud-prevention procedures, and compliance requirements. The position reports to the Operations Manager or Branch Manager and requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, basic to intermediate computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Some retail sales and customer service experience is a plus, and Korean is preferred. The full-time position pays $21.00-$24.00 hourly plus bonus and benefits.
