Heritage Bank is hiring a Teller for its Willmar, Minnesota office, with possible work in nearby branches in Spicer, Raymond, or Pennock. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account-related banking services, while maintaining compliance with banking regulations, BSA training, and security procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and preferably prior banking, sales, or cash-handling experience, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
