Description
First Commonwealth is hiring a Teller to support the Financial Solutions Center by processing transactions, protecting customer privacy and security, handling cash and teller differences, mitigating fraud and operational risk, building and deepening consumer relationships, and resolving customer issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant client-centric sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, technological proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with regional travel availability. Tellers are eligible for quarterly sales and service incentives.
