Description
First Commonwealth is hiring a Teller to protect customer privacy and security, process transactions, handle cash, follow compliance and fraud controls, build and deepen consumer relationships, pursue sales opportunities, and resolve customer issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant client-centric sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, technological proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with regional travel availability. Tellers are eligible for quarterly sales and service incentives.
