Description
The Teller provides exceptional customer service and performs accurate consumer and commercial banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, check orders, and bond redemptions. The role also handles cash recyclers, vaults, and coin machines; maintains customer records; supports inbound and outbound customer communications; identifies cross-sell opportunities; explains products and services; and assists with branch compliance, safe deposit boxes, and community events. A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience, is required, while six to 12 months of customer-facing and cash-handling experience is preferred.
