Description
The Teller serves as the primary point of contact for members at Indiana Members Credit Union, processing deposits, withdrawals, loans, credit card cash advances, payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions. The role also handles cash and safe-deposit-box security, opens and closes accounts, creates ATM and debit cards, processes stop payments and statements, assists with deposits, and supports end-of-day branch operations. It requires a high school diploma or GED, previous cash-handling and customer-service experience, English fluency, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and strong customer-service abilities.
