Description
The Teller performs routine branch and customer-service duties, including accepting retail and commercial deposits, cashing checks, processing withdrawals and loan payments, issuing checks and traveler’s checks, balancing cash drawers and vaults, assisting with ATM and night-depository duties, and referring customers to other bank services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, related cash-handling or customer-service experience, basic banking and computer skills, strong communication and math abilities, and a current driver’s license with appropriate vehicle insurance.
