Description
The Retail Banking Associate provides individualized client service, processes financial transactions, addresses inquiries, resolves problems, promotes bank products, and supports banking-center operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer or retail service experience, cash-handling experience, strong communication and organizational skills, PC proficiency, and the ability to work evenings and weekends and travel to banking centers. The position also requires compliance training, regular attendance, and adherence to bank policies and applicable laws.
