Description
The Teller is a front-line Credit Union of Texas employee who processes member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, and cashier's checks; balances cash drawers; identifies member financial needs; recommends products and services; and refers members to other specialists. The role requires accurate transaction processing, compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, Regulation CC, and other financial regulations, protection of member information, adherence to branch security and cash-handling procedures, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-assisted product recommendations and risk prompts. The position is performed on-site at an assigned branch during posted hours, which may include Saturdays.
