Description
The Bank Teller provides accurate and efficient service to bank customers by processing routine transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan and mortgage payments, money transfers, cash drawer balancing, and currency exchanges. The role also promotes bank products and services, answers customer inquiries, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and relevant computer skills. Some clerical, administrative, cash-handling, sales, or customer-service experience is preferred.
