Description
The role performs routine and intermediate branch and customer-service duties, including accepting deposits, cashing checks, processing withdrawals and loan payments, assisting with night depository and vault duties, maintaining customer relationships, promoting bank products, opening and identifying new customers, and resolving account problems. It requires at least one year of prior banking experience, preferably in cash handling and customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of teller, vault, safe-deposit, and branch operations.
