Description
PNC is hiring a Teller Lead for its Retail Banking organization in Chicago, Illinois. The role coaches, mentors, and leads tellers; processes customer interactions; identifies banking opportunities; refers customers to appropriate branch staff; supports lobby engagement; assists with performance management and new-hire selection; and ensures accurate and efficient branch operations. The position requires related experience or product knowledge, typically at least one year, and offers a base salary of $45,000 to $75,000 with incentive eligibility. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT for this position.
