PNC is hiring a Teller Lead for its Central New Jersey organization, based in Marlboro, New Jersey. The role coaches, mentors, and leads tellers; handles customer interactions; identifies banking opportunities; supports lobby engagement; assists with performance management and new-hire selection; and ensures accurate branch operations. The position requires related experience, typically at least one year, and offers a base salary of $45,000 to $75,000 with incentive eligibility. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this role.
