PNC is hiring a Teller-Lead for its retail banking organization at the Hamilton Marketplace branch in Hamilton, New Jersey. The role coaches, mentors, and leads tellers; processes customer interactions; identifies banking opportunities; refers customers to appropriate branch staff; supports lobby engagement; assists with performance management and new-hire selection; and ensures accurate and efficient branch operations. The position is in-office, does not offer visa sponsorship, and requires at least one year of related experience. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, and the base salary is $41,250 to $68,750 with incentive eligibility.
