Description
The Teller is a front-line Credit Union of Texas employee who processes member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, and cashier's checks; balances cash drawers; identifies member financial needs; recommends products and services; and refers members to other specialists. The role also handles BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, Regulation CC, privacy, fraud, and branch-security compliance, uses approved core banking and AI-assisted tools, and requires human-in-the-loop review of AI outputs. It is performed on-site at an assigned branch during posted hours, which may include Saturdays.
