Description
The Teller Service Associate provides courteous, professional, and knowledgeable service to credit union members and potential members, processes deposits, payments, withdrawals, and check cashing, identifies member needs, educates members about credit union products and services, demonstrates available technology, and performs miscellaneous operational duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience, customer service and cash handling experience preferred, strong communication and computer skills, and a positive attitude. Starting pay is $19.14 per hour, with monthly and annual incentives and a 401k match.
