The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, 3–5 years of bank-teller experience, knowledge of teller functions and bank products, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The salary range is $36,000 to $46,000, with possible bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
