Description
Rockland Trust is hiring a Teller Trainee to provide frontline branch customer service, greet and guide customers, explain suitable banking products, and accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and other financial transactions. The role includes telephone support, collaboration with branch and training teams, progressive decision-making, required training, and flexible scheduling that may include weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; teller, cash-handling, or customer-service experience is preferred.
