Rockland Trust is hiring a Teller Trainee to provide frontline customer service across multiple branch locations in the Pelham, New Hampshire area. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, recommending banking products, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, check-cashing, and other financial transactions accurately, and completing the bank’s teller training program. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and technology skills, a sales- and service-oriented approach, professional presentation, physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability including weekends. One to two years of teller experience or cash-handling/customer-service experience is preferred.
