Description
Rockland Trust is hiring a Teller Trainee to provide frontline branch customer service, greet and guide customers, support banking product needs, and accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and other financial transactions. The role includes completing teller training, working with branch and training teams, and meeting customer service and company goals. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, comfort with computers, a sales and service orientation, flexibility including possible weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. One to two years of teller, cash-handling, or customer-service experience is preferred.
