Rockland Trust is hiring a Teller Trainee to provide frontline customer service across multiple branch locations in the Londonderry, New Hampshire area. The role involves greeting customers, identifying their needs, directing them to appropriate colleagues, explaining banking products, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately, and completing the bank’s teller training program. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and technology skills, a sales- and service-oriented approach, professionalism, physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability including weekends. One to two years of teller, cash handling, or customer service experience is preferred.
