Rockland Trust is hiring a Teller Trainee to provide frontline branch customer service, greet and guide customers, explain suitable banking products, process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately, and support branch goals. The role includes structured teller training and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, technology comfort, customer service and sales orientation, flexibility for weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior teller, cash-handling, or customer-service experience is preferred.
