Rockland Trust is hiring a Teller Trainee to provide frontline branch customer service, greet and guide customers, explain suitable banking products, process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately, and support branch goals. The role includes formal teller training, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, communication and technology skills, a sales and service orientation, schedule flexibility including possible weekends, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. One to two years of teller, cash-handling, or customer-service experience is preferred.
