Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a full-time Instructor Caregiver for its Adult Behavioral Day Program in Temecula, California. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by preparing daily routines, assisting with personal care and meals, supporting vocational activities, advocating for clients, participating in assessments and planning, and maintaining client records. The position offers an AM shift from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, pays $18–$20 per hour, and requires a California driver's license, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Two years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with experience with challenging behaviors; CPI and Direct Support Professional certificates are preferred or can be obtained within six months of hire.
