Description
Metropolitan Community College is accepting ongoing applications for a district-wide temporary faculty Pool Position across multiple campus locations. Assignments depend on enrollment and operational needs, and temporary faculty may be assigned up to ten work units per semester for fall and spring, with additional terms and summer limits. The role involves teaching assigned courses, preparing and delivering instruction, assessing student learning, maintaining records, communicating with students, and completing other course-related duties. Applicants need a master’s degree in Geography or a master’s degree in another field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Geography; community-college teaching experience, curriculum-development experience, and relevant advanced degrees or certifications are preferred. Compensation is based on assigned work units or clock-hours.
