Description
The Temporary Painter/ Carpenter will maintain and repair the Academy’s interior and exterior building surfaces, fixtures, and equipment. Responsibilities include surface preparation, drywall and plaster repair, painting with HVLP equipment, lead-safe testing and RRP compliance, scaffolding, furniture refinishing, window glazing, and facility defect reporting through a CMMS. The role is temporary, full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a wage of $33.00–$34.50 per hour based on relevant experience.
