Description
The Template Developer will design and develop responsive, dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js, and also build and manage email, SMS, IVR, and RCS communication templates with Amazon Pinpoint. The role includes testing cross-client compatibility, converting Figma designs, maintaining templates, tracking work in Jira, managing defects in Octane, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Business teams. The position is based in Chennai or Pune and follows a hybrid work mode with a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.
