Temporary Accounting and Controllership Optimization Lead at Heath Ceramics

Heath Ceramics is hiring an Accounting Process Improvement Consultant for a six-month, full-time temporary assignment to partner with the VP of Finance and accounting team on improving accounting processes, reporting, controls, NetSuite workflows, and automation. The role will document workflows, create SOPs and process maps, standardize reporting, implement and test improvements, and support adoption through training and knowledge transfer. It is a hybrid position requiring at least two onsite days per week in San Francisco and Sausalito, with a salary of $72–$77 per hour.
