Description

Fairfield is seeking a Temporary Affordable Community Manager to lead property operations, manage financial performance, ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD programs, and enhance resident satisfaction. The role involves recruiting and developing teams, overseeing financial planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing resident retention strategies. This full-time, temporary position lasts approximately two months.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Previous Experiences: Three years of property management experience.
Three years of LIHTC experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Industry certification.
Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) Designation.
Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) Designation.
Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation.
Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software.
Experience in writing and maintaining budgets.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
Strong knowledge of IRS 8823 guide and HUD 4350.3 Manual.
Ability to read and understand regulatory agreements.
Previous track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating incomes in multi-family property management positions.
