The role provides luxury retail customer service, builds client relationships through CRM and personal connections, drives sales through styling, cross-selling, and in-person or remote communication, and supports inventory and team operations. It requires strong communication, storytelling, computer and inventory knowledge, English proficiency, and the ability to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The position may be full-time or part-time and involves extended standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasional kneeling or climbing.
