Description
eClerx is hiring a temporary full-time Back Up Trainer in Lima, Peru, to support new-hire training waves. The role delivers product training, facilitates learning activities, coaches new hires during the Nesting period, monitors readiness and performance, and provides feedback and follow-up recommendations. The assignment is temporary, activated only when training waves are scheduled, and lasts approximately two weeks per wave before returning to regular Agent responsibilities. Candidates must have completed high school or university or technical studies, at least six months of account experience, Spanish and English fluency, strong communication and coaching skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, customer-service knowledge, and flexibility for shifts and weekends or holidays.
