The role also reviews professional portfolios, provides feedback and improvement strategies, maintains observation records, and may travel to student work sites. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with specified early-childhood credits, one year of related experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication and leadership skills, and a valid Florida driver’s license.
