Description
Lucet is hiring a Utilization Management Clinician for a temporary assignment from December 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The role reviews initial and concurrent behavioral health authorization requests, makes medical necessity and level-of-care determinations, coordinates care with members, families, and providers, supports discharge planning, and maintains compliance with documentation and regulatory standards. It requires an unrestricted clinical license in the relevant state, at least two years of direct psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work from a fixed home workspace with company-provided equipment. Compensation is $34–$36 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
