Bergfreunde is hiring a temporary Complaints Support Associate to support the complaints team at its Rottenburg-Ergenzingen logistics center from the beginning of November through the end of January, working 20 to 32 hours per week Monday through Friday. The role involves inspecting goods subject to complaints, documenting cases in the company system, and collaborating with the complaints team in Kirchentellinsfurt. Applicants should be reliable, precise, independent, and comfortable using a PC, basic Excel, and company software; retail or textile production experience is preferred, while career changers interested in outdoor equipment and textiles are welcome. Very good German and good English are ideal.
