Description
This is a temporary Administrative Assistant role supporting supervisors, managers, directors, and direct-service programs from October 2026 through December 2026. The position handles family check-in and check-out, enrollment screening, scheduling, confidential records, correspondence, volunteer coordination, reporting, compliance, finance and billing, and other administrative duties. It requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, human-services experience, strong organization and discretion, and the ability to work rotating center hours. The target starting pay is $23.69–$27.84 per hour, with medical, dental, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
