UNCW is hiring temporary/part-time faculty for the 2026–2027 academic year to teach courses in one or more social-science departments, including Anthropology, International Studies, Public and International Affairs, and Sociology and Criminology. The role covers Summer 2026, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027, with responsibilities including communicating with department and program staff, responding to student issues, grading, and complying with institutional policies. Undergraduate teaching requires a master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline, while graduate teaching requires a terminal degree; equivalent professional experience, certifications, or licensures may also be considered.
