Description
The role supports Temporary Foreign Workers at Hendriks Greenhouses by assisting with onboarding and training, conducting wellness checks, addressing worker concerns, inspecting housing, coordinating transportation and other services, providing translation support, updating worker records, and improving the program. The position requires bilingual Spanish and English ability, a valid Ontario “G” Class license, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused, professional approach. Hours may vary and flexibility is required.
