Description
Lantic Inc. is hiring temporary general labourers for its sugar beet campaign at the Taber Factory. The physically demanding work involves packaging and warehouse duties, lifting 15–20 kg consistently, standing and walking for most of the shift, and working in hot, cold, wet, dry, dusty, and loud conditions. Positions are shift-based and may be 8-hour or 12-hour rotating shifts, with an expected start date of September 14, 2026. The base rate is $21.20 per hour plus a $1.75 night-shift differential, and steel-toed boots are required while other PPE is supplied.
