Description
The Timekeeping Specialist advises clients on attendance requirements, enters attendance, documentation, and case-note information into databases, validates records, generates reports, and coordinates information across Salesforce, SEAMS, DTS, and other systems. The role also handles customer communications, outreach, Microsoft Excel updates, confidentiality, and cross-departmental collaboration to support employment-search and training needs. A high school diploma, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and 1–2 years of data-entry and customer-service experience are required; Salesforce and SEAMS experience is a plus.
